Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary for us to understand or carry out the work.
Most information comes directly from you through our website form, email, telephone calls, site visits and correspondence. We may also receive relevant information from an authorised representative, a customer who instructs us, a subcontractor or a professional adviser.
Where necessary, we may share relevant information with authorised subcontractors and suppliers, landlords or property managers, professional advisers, insurers, accountants, IT and email providers, and public authorities where the law requires it. Netlify hosts this website and processes website form submissions on our behalf. We only share information needed for the relevant purpose.
Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we require an appropriate lawful safeguard or another permitted basis for the transfer.
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed. Enquiries that do not lead to work are normally retained for up to 24 months.
